It’s tournament time!
We are so excited to be heading to Jackson Hole, Wyoming for our Spring tournament. We have a chartered bus reserved for coaches, JV, and Varsity players to travel to the tournament location. The bus will leave Friday April 12th and return to the school on Saturday April 13th, likely late that night. The drive is approximately 6 hours. Players and coaches will leave the MVHS parking lot on Friday morning, exact time to be determined when Friday game time is confirmed. Each player will need a sack lunch for the bus ride Friday and you will need to excuse your student from school April 12th. Hotel rooms for the players are reserved and parents can get the same discounted group rate of $129+ 11% WY tax. We will be staying at the Hampton Inn, 350 S. Hwy 89 Jackson Hole, WY 83002. Rooms are standard double queens and breakfast is included. Please contact Lisa Stoehr at vicepresident2@mvhslacrosse.com if you are planning to join us for the trip and games in Jackson Hole. I ask that you go through me to reserve your room in Jackson so ensure you get the discounted rate. The Group Rate Coordinator will be working with me to streamline the flow of reservations.
Meals Friday night and Saturday will be provided for the boys and coaches. We will have healthy snacks for the boys, if special foods are required please have the players bring what they want to eat. Games in Jackson Hole will be played at Jackson Hole High School 1910 High School Rd, Jackson, WY
Those parents who are traveling, we may be asking for your assistance with food pick up or dispersing food to players either before, between or after games. The Board members who are traveling will likely be on the field at the score table and will not be able to do all the things. We thank you in advance for your help. We are excited and look forward to a safe trip and an amazing experience for team building for our Mavs!
We will be playing a Varsity game in Pocatello on Friday, then two JV games and a Varsity game in Jackson Hole on Saturday. Registration for the tournament and payment of $125 per player will be opened on the website on Monday March 26th, the week after Spring Break. Please contact me about a hotel room by April 1st.

12:30 -Arrive in Pocatello, ID
1:00- Eat lunch with team
3:00- Arrive at school/ prep for game
4:30- Varsity Game: MVHS vs. Pocatello HS
